Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photographic proof. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Opened or used cosmetic products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items (which are final sale)
